They want to know what that really means. &#8220;Limited access&#8221;\u00a0usually means that at low tide a boat can&#8217;t get to and from the property but people also use the term\u00a0&#8220;limited access&#8221; to refer to properties that have other\u00a0obstacles that impede boat traffic. For instance, at high tide, high profile boats can&#8217;t get under some of our local train tressels that cross the rivers. In other cases, there are bridges that restrict boat traffic in the same manner.
