I am a South Carolina native and my family and I have called Charleston home for the last 22 years. We truly love it here and can\u2019t image living any where else. I have been involved in real estate for over 20 years now\u00a0in one form or another. One of the most importance skills\u00a0of a real estate agent is the art of negotiation which I have developed over the years working with many diverse clients.
