- First I will find out pertinent information from your regarding your wants/needs and likes/dislikes. Then we will begin our search on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to find all active properties that fit into your parameters.
- Provide a list of lenders so that you can get pre-qualified. When we find that “right” house we want to be ready to make an offer.
- Give my professional opinion regarding price, location and condition of the property.
- Review and explain all forms of agency and disclosure documents that you will be signing so that you fully understand what is required.
- Help you negotiate an offer on a home. I will help you negotiate a fair market value to get the best value for you.
- Select a home inspector that will inspect the home to ensure there are no hidden defects.
- Negotiate repairs based on the inspection report. Your best interest is my top priority.
- Review closing documents and coordinate with the closing attorney and seller’s agent.
- Follow-up with you after closing. My goal is to create a long-term relationship with my clients long after the closing.
