Then we will begin our search on the&nbsp;<strong>Multiple Listing Service<\/strong>&nbsp;(MLS) to find all active properties that fit into your parameters.<\/li><li>Provide a list of&nbsp;<strong>lenders<\/strong>&nbsp;so that you can get pre-qualified.&nbsp;When we find that \u201cright\u201d house we want to be ready to make an offer.<\/li><li>Give my&nbsp;<strong>professional opinion<\/strong>&nbsp;regarding price, location and condition of the property.<\/li><li>Review and explain all&nbsp;<strong>forms<\/strong>&nbsp;of agency and disclosure documents that&nbsp;you will be signing so that you fully understand what is required.<\/li><li>Help you&nbsp;<strong>negotiate<\/strong>&nbsp;an offer on a home. I will help you negotiate a fair market value to get the best value for you.<\/li><li>Select a&nbsp;<strong>home inspector<\/strong>&nbsp;that will inspect the home to ensure there are no hidden defects.<\/li><li><strong>Negotiate repairs<\/strong>&nbsp;based on the inspection report. Your best interest is my top priority.<\/li><li>Review&nbsp;<strong>closing documents<\/strong>&nbsp;and coordinate with the closing attorney and seller\u2019s agent.<\/li><li><strong>Follow-up<\/strong>&nbsp;with you after closing.
